NRG removed ancient wallpaper, retextured walls to match and painted our entire home, installed skylights, entry doors, electrical... all with an attention to detail and quick fixes when needed. I needed my masterbath remodeled which entailed removing old shower and tub, moving a wall, adding a pony wall,dry walling, refinishing cabinets, removing and replacing new tile floors and then putting in a large spa shower, toilet, and bathroom fixtures & lights. My laundry also received a redo with refinished & stained cabinets, new sink, and drywall. Nestor was a great help in my decision process and his team of professional craftsman were great. Nestor and his crew were fabulous to work with. The were considerate and neat, respectful of my home. It was a stressful situation as my bathroom flooded. They gave me an estimate which they stuck too and consulted on all purchases I had to make. I would definitely recommend Nestor and will use them again.
The finished product turned out great. The only downside was that Nestor originally underestimated the amount of time it would take to complete. It went quite a bit longer. However, he made no excuses. Throughout the project he was honest and straight-forward with us. His level of customer service and concern for our satisfaction was unsurpassed and more than made up for the extra time. I've worked with many contractors on various projects over the years. This is the first time that I still have positive feelings about one after everything's done. I'd hire him again in a minute!
